The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.

By clicking the button “Buy now” / “Checkout”, you place a binding order.

The contract is concluded once you receive an order confirmation email.

Minor deviations in color, shape, or material may occur for handmade or limited products and do not constitute a defect.

In cases of slight negligence, we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).

11. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, texts, graphics, and images, is protected by copyright law.
